Refund policy
How long do I have to return my order? You have 30 days from the order delivery date to return any unwanted item. To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition in which you received them, including all original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, worn or in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process the refund. All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Do you offer free returns? We are currently unable to provide free return labels. Returned orders remain your responsibility until they arrive at our facility, so we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and traceable. For UK and US customers, there is no upfront cost when arranging delivery using the generated label/QR code; however, an administration fee of £3/$8.50 will be deducted from the refund.
When will I receive my refund? Refund timings depend on how long returned items take to reach us and be processed by our team. We issue refunds to the original payment method used at the time of purchase only. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, although it often happens much sooner.
Can I combine multiple returns? No, each return must be registered and sent separately. Combining multiple returns in a single parcel can delay refund processing, so please ensure each return is packaged individually. Remember to keep proof of postage for each return. If your return is lost in transit and you cannot provide proof of postage, we will be unable to proceed with the refund. However, if you can provide a valid tracking number or shipping receipt, we will offer you a store credit for the return.
